DETAILS

Clear information before you rely on this page.

The sections below explain the conditions, eligibility and customer responsibilities that apply.

01

What 70% Exchange Value Means

For an approved eligible piece, Buvea deducts 30% from the invoice value. The remaining 70% is applied as credit or a discount on a new Buvea purchase.

02

Eligibility

The benefit applies to eligible Buvea jewellery purchases, including rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants and bracelets. All exhibition sales are final, so exhibition purchases do not qualify. Not every product, charge or order automatically qualifies.

03

Validity Period

The benefit is valid for 1 year from the invoice date. Exchange or upgrade requests made after the validity period may not be accepted unless Buvea specifically approves otherwise.

04

Inspection & Condition

The original piece must be returned to Buvea for inspection. Major damage, missing stones, broken parts, severe wear, chemical damage, unauthorised alterations or third-party repair may affect eligibility or the approved value.

05

Invoice, Certificate & Documents

Customers may be required to provide the original invoice, order record, certificate, warranty card, packaging or other documents supplied with the purchase. For certified diamond jewellery, the relevant certificate may be required.

06

Eligible Invoice Value

The calculation is generally based on the eligible invoice value, not necessarily every amount paid. Taxes, delivery, duties, service fees, resizing, repairs, customisation, payment-processing charges or other non-eligible amounts may be excluded.

07

Example

If the eligible invoice value is AED 10,000, the 30% deduction is AED 3,000 and the approved 70% exchange value is AED 7,000, subject to inspection and approval.

08

Choosing the New Piece

The approved exchange value is used toward a new Buvea purchase. If the new piece costs more, the customer pays the difference and any applicable charges. If it costs less, Buvea will advise the available options under the exchange policy.

09

Not a Cash Refund

The 70% Exchange Value programme is not a return or cash refund. The 70% value is applied only as credit or a discount on a new purchase and is never paid in cash or by bank transfer. If you want money back, see the 60% Cash Return (Buyback) programme.

10

Offers & Transferability

The programme may not be combined with every promotion, coupon, cashback or special price unless Buvea specifically permits it. The benefit is usually linked to the original customer, invoice and purchase record and is not transferable without approval.

11

Orders That May Not Qualify

Cancelled, refunded, disputed, unpaid, non-eligible or otherwise disqualified orders may not qualify. Buvea may reject or adjust an exchange where the jewellery or documentation does not match the original purchase record.

12

Final Approval

Final approval and value are subject to product eligibility, invoice verification, condition, documents, inspection and the current exchange terms. Contact Buvea before relying on the programme for a specific purchase.
