60% Cashback

60% Cashback With Buvea

At Buvea, we believe jewellery should bring beauty, confidence, and long-term value. Our 60% Cashback benefit is designed to give customers a clear and rewarding option on eligible jewellery purchases.

Under this benefit, 40% of the eligible invoice amount will be deducted, and the customer will receive the remaining 60% cashback value through either bank transfer or store credit, subject to Buvea’s cashback terms and approval.

This cashback benefit gives customers more flexibility. You may choose to receive the eligible cashback amount directly through bank transfer, or you may choose store credit that can be used toward a future Buvea purchase.

The cashback validity is 1 year from the invoice date.

What Does 60% Cashback Mean?

60% Cashback means that after the eligible purchase is reviewed and approved, Buvea deducts 40% from the eligible invoice value. The remaining 60% is then considered as the cashback amount.

For example, if the eligible invoice value is AED 10,000, then 40% will be deducted. The remaining 60%, which is AED 6,000, may be issued to the customer through bank transfer or store credit, depending on the selected cashback option and Buvea’s approval.

This benefit is subject to product eligibility, invoice details, return status, payment completion, and Buvea’s cashback policy.

How the 60% Cashback Works

Step 1: Purchase an Eligible Buvea Jewellery Item

The customer purchases an eligible Buvea jewellery item during the cashback offer period.

Eligible products may include selected jewellery categories such as rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces, diamond jewellery, lab grown diamond jewellery, gold jewellery, bridal jewellery, or approved custom pieces.

Not every product may qualify, so cashback eligibility must be confirmed before purchase.

Step 2: Invoice Is Issued

Once the eligible purchase is completed, Buvea issues the invoice for the order.

The cashback validity period starts from the invoice date, not from the delivery date or request date.

Customers should keep the invoice safely because the invoice date will be used to calculate the 1-year cashback validity period.

Step 3: 40% Is Deducted

For eligible cashback requests, Buvea will deduct 40% of the eligible invoice amount.

This 40% deduction is part of the cashback policy and represents the amount that is not returned to the customer.

The remaining 60% becomes the eligible cashback value.

Step 4: Customer Receives 60% Cashback Value

After the 40% deduction, the customer may receive the remaining 60% cashback value through one of the approved methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit

The selected method may depend on customer preference, product eligibility, purchase terms, and Buvea’s cashback approval.

Step 5: Cashback Must Be Claimed Within 1 Year

The cashback benefit is valid for 1 year from the invoice date.

Customers must request and complete the cashback process within this validity period. Cashback requests made after 1 year from the invoice date may not be accepted.

Cashback Example

Here is a simple example of how the 60% Cashback benefit works:

If the eligible invoice value is AED 10,000:

  • 40% deduction: AED 4,000

  • 60% cashback value: AED 6,000

The customer may receive the AED 6,000 cashback value through bank transfer or store credit, subject to Buvea’s approval and cashback terms.

This example is for explanation only. The final cashback value depends on the eligible invoice amount, product eligibility, and Buvea’s final calculation.

Cashback Options

Option 1: Bank Transfer

Customers may choose to receive the eligible 60% cashback value through bank transfer.

For bank transfer, Buvea may request the customer’s bank details, invoice details, identification details, and any required verification information.

The bank account should belong to the customer who made the purchase unless Buvea approves otherwise.

Bank transfer timelines may depend on internal processing, bank working days, and verification completion.

Option 2: Store Credit

Customers may choose to receive the eligible 60% cashback value as Buvea store credit.

Store credit can be used toward future eligible Buvea purchases within the validity period. Store credit may be linked to the customer’s account, phone number, email address, invoice number, or purchase record.

Store credit may be used for selected jewellery purchases, subject to product eligibility and Buvea’s redemption terms.

Cashback Validity

The 60% Cashback benefit is valid for 1 year from the invoice date.

This means the customer must claim or use the cashback within 1 year from the invoice date, depending on the selected cashback option.

For example, if the invoice date is 1 January 2026, the cashback validity will end on 1 January 2027.

After the validity period ends, the cashback may expire and may not be reactivated, extended, transferred, or refunded unless Buvea approves otherwise.

When Can Cashback Be Requested?

Cashback may be requested after the eligible purchase is completed and approved according to Buvea’s cashback terms.

The order must be fully paid, confirmed, and not cancelled, returned, refunded, or disputed.

Buvea may require the order to pass any applicable return period or verification period before processing the cashback. This helps ensure that the cashback is issued only for completed and eligible purchases.

What Is the Cashback Based On?

The cashback is based on the eligible invoice value approved by Buvea.

The eligible invoice value may exclude certain charges unless Buvea confirms otherwise.

Excluded charges may include:

  • Taxes

  • Delivery charges

  • Customs duties

  • Service fees

  • Repair charges

  • Resizing fees

  • Customization fees

  • Gift packaging

  • Payment processing fees

  • Any non-eligible charges

The final cashback calculation will be confirmed by Buvea based on the invoice and offer terms.

Product Eligibility

The 60% Cashback benefit applies only to eligible Buvea jewellery purchases.

Eligible products may vary depending on the offer period, product category, campaign terms, and approval status.

The offer may apply to selected:

  • Diamond rings

  • Lab grown diamond rings

  • Gold rings

  • Earrings

  • Pendants

  • Necklaces

  • Bracelets

  • Tennis bracelets

  • Bridal jewellery

  • Custom jewellery, if approved

Some products may be excluded from the cashback benefit. Customers should confirm eligibility before completing the purchase.

Products or Orders That May Not Qualify

The 60% Cashback benefit may not apply to all products or orders.

The following may not qualify:

  • Final sale items

  • Cancelled orders

  • Returned orders

  • Refunded orders

  • Unpaid or partially paid orders

  • Disputed orders

  • Orders with payment issues

  • Orders outside the cashback offer period

  • Products excluded from the promotion

  • Items altered outside Buvea

  • Orders not approved under Buvea’s cashback terms

Buvea reserves the right to approve or reject cashback eligibility after review.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, rejected, or disputed, the cashback benefit may be cancelled.

If cashback has already been issued and the original order is later returned, cancelled, or refunded, Buvea may deduct, reverse, cancel, or recover the cashback amount according to the policy.

If the cashback was issued as store credit and has already been used, Buvea may adjust the refund amount or request settlement of the used cashback value.

This helps keep the cashback process fair and consistent for all customers.

Can Cashback Be Combined With Other Offers?

The 60% Cashback benefit may not always be combined with other discounts, vouchers, coupons, sale prices, promotional offers, or special pricing.

If more than one offer is available, Buvea may allow only one benefit per order unless combination is clearly approved.

Customers should confirm whether cashback can be combined with any other offer before purchase.

Cashback Transferability

Cashback is usually linked to the original customer, invoice, order number, phone number, email address, or account used for the purchase.

Unless approved by Buvea, cashback may not be transferred to another person, account, or order.

For bank transfer, Buvea may only transfer cashback to the original customer’s verified bank account unless otherwise approved.

For store credit, the credit may be connected to the customer’s account or purchase record.
