Information	Details
15-Day Free Return	Eligible items bought online can be returned free of charge within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with the original packaging, invoice, certificates and tags. Please contact us for approval before sending anything back.
After 15 Days	All sales are final after the 15-day return window. No returns or refunds are given, except through our Buyback (60%) or Exchange (70%) programmes.
Not Returnable	Customised and made-to-order jewellery is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Exhibition sales are final. Engraved or resized standard pieces can still be returned within 15 days.
Refunds	Approved refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected. Timing depends on your payment method and bank.

Shipping	Free insured shipping in the UAE and worldwide. UAE orders arrive in 3–5 business days after dispatch and international orders in 7–10 business days. Orders are normally prepared in 3–4 business days.
